| This incredible tester offers you almost
unbelievable test versatility. With this tester, you can test lighting circuits by
installing the tester between the vehicle and trailer or use it to test each vehicle
separately with the tester. When the tester is connected between the vehicle and trailer,
the tester provides two test modes. These are: Mode 1 (without power applied to the
tester). In this mode the tester simply passes through the vehicle light’s signals to
the trailer while at the same time displaying vehicle signals on the tester. Mode 2
(remote power applied to the tester). In this mode, the tester disconnects the vehicle
signals and provides test control of the trailer light circuits using the tester. This
mode is designed for troubleshooting the trailer circuits and to provide protection for
the vehicle circuit components such as fuses and other computer controlled lighting
circuits. The tester includes: four pin mating connectors, tests for vehicle signals and trailer lamps (including the stop signal), circuit breaker protection, heady duty test switches, super bright LEDs, vehicle voltage feedback protection, power lead connections and complete test instructions.
