Operation

The PD 510 Phase Detector provides a means for protecting 3 phase equipment from reversed or missing phases and also signals correct phase sequencing. Three separate relay contacts are used to signal the input phase condition (see output sequence chart). A built-in time delay of 3 lines cycles prevents false triggering due to line transients.
